Returns

Conditions for Return:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used cosmetics, skincare products, and other personal items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Process for Returns:

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
